Return Request
SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST - ONLINE
- In the top Navigation bar click on "Returns" and follow the steps
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, please allow 5 business day to process your refund.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IN ORDER TO PROCESS A RETURN:
1) 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return
2) Acceptable Reasons for Returns: Defective items, Incorrect shipments, Size Issues
3) Non acceptable reasons for returns: Change of mind, color or style dissatisfaction
4) Items must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unwashed with their original tags and package
5) Discounted and sale items are not eligible for returns
Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for return process.
