Cancel an Order
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you might need to initiate a return instead of a cancellation.
To cancel an order on Madchuck (madchuck.com), follow these steps:

Log in to Your Madchuck Customer Account:
- Visit Madchuck's website.
- On desktop, click on the account icon in the top right corner. On mobile, open the menu and select 'LOGIN'.
- Log in using your email and password or log in with your Shop account.

Navigate to Your Orders:
- After logging in, go to the 'My Account' or 'Orders' section to view your recent orders.

Select the Order to Cancel:
- Find the specific order you want to cancel. Click on it to view more details.

Request Cancellation:
- Look for a 'Cancel Order' button or link. If available, click it and follow any prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- If there is no direct option to cancel the order, you might need to contact customer support.

Contact Madchuck Customer Support:
- If you cannot cancel the order directly, contact Madchuck's customer support at support@madchuck.com. You can usually find contact information on the website under the 'Contact Us' section.
- Provide your order number and request the cancellation.
