Cancel an Order

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If the order has already been processed or shipped, you might need to initiate a return instead of a cancellation.


To cancel an order on Madchuck (madchuck.com), follow these steps:
 

  1. Log in to Your Madchuck Customer Account: 

    1. Visit Madchuck's website.
    2. On desktop, click on the account icon in the top right corner. On mobile, open the menu and select 'LOGIN'.
    3. Log in using your email and password or log in with your Shop account.
  2. Navigate to Your Orders:

    1. After logging in, go to the 'My Account' or 'Orders' section to view your recent orders.
  3. Select the Order to Cancel:

    1. Find the specific order you want to cancel. Click on it to view more details.
  4. Request Cancellation:

    1. Look for a 'Cancel Order' button or link. If available, click it and follow any prompts to confirm the cancellation.
    2. If there is no direct option to cancel the order, you might need to contact customer support.

  6. Provide your order number and request the cancellation.

  7. Follow Up:
