Shipping Information and Return Policy

We ship to anywhere on the globe. Orders placed in countries outside the contiguous United States or Canada, may require additional information at checkout, verification during order processing and may take longer to be dispatched. All domestic and international orders will ship via USPS.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your ship-to address and the size/weight of your order. Please note that when ordering internationally, you may be required to pay additional duties, fees or taxes at the time of delivery. These charges are assessed by the customs office in the shipment's destination country - we are not able to estimate these costs as they vary from country to country and item to item. You as the purchaser and recipient will be fully responsible for any such charges.

MadChuck has several warehouses, so sometime you'll received some goods before others. We have warehouses in Puerto Rico, California, North Carolina, Latvia and Tijuana. 

RETURNS:

While we do not accept monetary returns, it will be our pleasure to exchange your purchase for the same product or another of equal value (if the original product is out of stock).

Reasons for returns: Wrong item size, damaged goods or wrong product shipped.

Exchanges will be accepted during the first two 2 weeks after the original date of purchase. All products must be in its original condition.
We are not responsible for shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can be cancelled if the fulfillment hasn't started yet. Once fulfillment begins, there's no way for us to cancel the order.
