MadChuck Raffle Policy

Raffle Description:
MadChuck is offering you the chance to win a 3-hour tattoo session with the world-renowned tattoo artist Juan Salgado. All customers who have purchased an item from the "Mad Salgado" collection through our website madchuck.com are eligible to participate in this exclusive raffle.

Eligibility:

• The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of MadChuck and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• The raffle is valid only in Puerto Rico and the United States.

How to Enter:

• To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a MAD SALGADO item from the MadChuck collection.
• Each MAD SALGADO item purchased equals one entry, meaning the more items purchased, the higher the chances of winning.
• Entries must be submitted by October 31st.

Prizes:

• The prize is a 3-hour Tattoo Session with Juan Salgado, creator of the Mad Salgado collaboration with MadChuck.
• The date of the session will be in 2025, subject to Juan Salgado’s availability.
• Location: Salgado Art Company, Puerto Rico.
• The tattoo session will take place in Puerto Rico. Accommodation, flights, and other travel-related expenses are not included. The winner must be physically present in Puerto Rico to claim the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• The tattoo session includes up to 3 hours of work time. Any additional time required will be negotiated directly with Juan Salgado and may incur additional costs.

Drawing:

• The raffle drawing will take place on November 5th, and winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via [email, social media, etc.] within [time period].
• Winners must claim their prize within [time period] of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.

Raffle Process:

• MadChuck is responsible for conducting the raffle and drawing the winner.
• Once the winner is drawn, MadChuck will share the winner’s information with Juan Salgado’s team to facilitate communication between both parties.
• MadChuck is not responsible for the booking of the tattoo session or any further coordination beyond providing the winner's contact information and validating the result.

Shipping/Travel:

• The tattoo session must take place in Puerto Rico. MadChuck will not cover any travel or accommodation expenses.
• The winner is responsible for arranging and covering all costs related to travel and stay.

Publicity:

• By entering the raffle, participants consent to MadChuck and Juan Salgado using their names and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions:

• MadChuck reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.

Liability Disclaimer:

• MadChuck is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the raffle process.
• MadChuck and Juan Salgado are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused as a result of participating in this raffle or the use of the prize.
• Liability: MadChuck is not responsible for any incident, damage, or inconvenience that occurs during the tattoo session. MadChuck only provides the prize; all other aspects of the session are the responsibility of Juan Salgado and Salgado Art Company.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the raffle will be used in accordance with MadChuck’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfillment purposes.

Legal Aspects:

• The raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Puerto Rico.
• Any dispute arising in connection with the raffle will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico.
• MadChuck is not responsible for any disputes.
• By participating in the raffle, participants agree to these rules and conditions.
